➢ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; preferably graduate of Tourism and Hospitality Management/ Business/ Marketing
➢ Administrative Skills
➢ Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using MS office tools (excel, word, ppt)
➢ Knowledge in Photoshop or other photo editing software, an advantage
➢ Conduct research, prepare statistical reports and handle information requests from the president and board of directors.
➢ Allocate resources to various departments of AAP Travel and ensure proper utilization and maximization.
➢ Plans and implements sales and marketing strategies to generate sales and revenue for the company.
➢ Develop and strengthen partnership to government and private sector in order to establish long term and sustainable and mutually beneficial requirements.
Overview of the Position
The General Manager (GM) must be an expert in the field of customer service, sales, and marketing to include public relations, events management, advertising, web marketing, and market research. With at least 5 years of solid work experience in the Travel Industry and have extensive connections with private, media and government sectors.
